What time does your garden shut?
We have two parts to our garden, our massive garden shuts at 9pm Sunday to Thursday and 10pm
on Fridays and Saturdays.

How many bars are there?

We have 1 large bar and a second large bar downstairs in our lounge/function room.

What about if we just want drinks?

We have designed starters and sharing boards for you to enjoy just drinks.
Do you have the same events on weekly?

Yes, we have DJ nights on Friday & Saturdays until 1am, Thursdays ladies night, bottomless brunches
every Saturday.

How long can we have the table for?
We have two booking sessions:
If your booking is between 12pm & 4pm we would ask for the table back for our evening bookings by
5pm. If your booking is from 5pm, you will be allocated maximum stays when you are booking.

Can we extend our lunch time booking into the evening?
If there is availability we will do our best to accommodate you. Please contact the reservations team
in advance, who will chat to you about minimum spends.
You are fully booked on my requested date & time, is there any way I can get a table?
Yes, we quite often receive cancellations, so please do contact the reservations team & we will do
our best to accommodate you. Alternatively, we have walk in tables available which are assigned on
a first come, first served basis.

Does all my party need to arrive at the booking time?
We ask that all of your party arrives within a 15-minute window of your allocated reservation time.
We will do our best to seat late comers but cannot guarantee entry. If you are running late, please
call the team on site using the telephone number provided in your confirmation email.
Someone in my party will arrive after the 15-minute window, is this ok?
If you have one or two people who might be a little later, please speak to the hosts on arrival & they
will do their best to accommodate them.

We are running late for our booking! What shall we do?
Please give the team on site a call or text via the telephone number in your confirmation email &
they will hold the table for you.

Can I take food off site?
No, food cannot be taken off site at any time – sorry!

Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we are fully accessible for wheelchair users. If you require any special assistance, please do let
us know in advance.

Can I bring my baby/child with me?
Yes, we welcome children with open arms, we just ask that you make sure they are being supervised
by an adult at all times. On Friday and Saturday evenings we do not allow under 21’s in our venue
from 5pm onwards, between the hours of 12-5pm on Saturdays we allow and any Sunday –

Do you have high chairs?
Yes, we do have highchairs available. You can either request this when booking or ask the host on

Can I bring a pushchair/buggy with me?
Yes, please let us know in advance & we will arrange for you to have a table with a little more space
around it.

Can I bring my own food or drink with me?
We don’t allow any external food or drink to be consumed on site. We also don’t allow any drinks
that have been purchased onsite to be taken off site.

Can I bring a birthday cake with me?
Yes, please do let us know in advance! We don’t allow any external food or drink to be brought
onsite, but we make an exception for Birthday cake!

We are celebrating an occasion; can we decorate our table?
Yes! Balloons & banners most welcome but please no confetti.

Can I bring my dog with me?
Unfortunately, we don’t allow dogs onsite. If you have a guide dog, please contact us.

Do your restaurants cater for allergies & intolerances?
Yes, but please make us aware in advance if you have a severe allergy as we will need to check with
the restaurants if they are able to cater for you.

Can I pre-order drinks & food?
We take pre-orders for drinks and food. Please contact the reservations team if you would like to
make a pre-order.

Can I run a tab?
Yes, you can run a tab, but this needs to be pre-arranged.Please contact the reservations team if you
would like to run a tab.

Do you have a dress code?
Our dress code is smart casual, we ask for no caps, no tracksuits, no hoodies.

Can we hire the venue exclusively?
Yes! If you would like more information about this, please contact the events manager

Are you taking bookings for Christmas?

Do you have a cloakroom?

I have a suitcase/bike/kitchen sink with me, do you have somewhere I can store this?
Unfortunately, we do not have any space to store large items – Sorry!

I think I have lost something at your venue, who do I contact?
Please contact the reservations team who will be able to help with this.

Can I smoke on site?
Yes, we have a designated smoking area.

Do you accept AMEX?
Yes, we accept all cards, including AMEX.

Do you play music?
Yes! We have atmospheric music playing in the background.

Is there somewhere I can park?
There is parking available on the streets. Please check all signs before parking. On behalf of our
residents, we ask that all our guests consider our neighbours and do not park on any drop down
curbs or in front of any driveways.

Do your restaurants serve Halal meat?
Unfortunately, not but we do have lots of veggie & fish options.

How do I find you?
Please refer to our “Contact us” page, there are downloadable maps, our address & directions.

What happens when I arrive?
Please find the reservations desk & they will direct you to your table & be on hand to help you with
any requirements.

Do you have table service?
Yes, our service in our restaurant and garden area is table service only.

What time do you close?
Our current closing times are on the home page of the website.
*The bars close 30 minutes before the venue closes.
