booking terms

Please inform us at least 24 hours before your reservation should you wish to cancel to receive a
refund or amend the number of guests within your party (please note increases in party sizes are
subject to availability).

Please ensure you AND all of your party arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time. After which
the spaces will be opened up to walk in guests on a first in, first serve basis. We will do our best to
look after all of your party.

You will receive communication from us before your booking date to confirm you still require the
booking. We politely ask for your co-operation in this process to allow us to re-allocate your table to
guests on our waiting list if you no longer require the booking.
Our last service for drinks is half an hour before closing. 

Our team will start asking you to drink up at
this time as we will require all guests offsite by our closing time.
We want you to enjoy yourselves, but ask you to drink responsibly and like there is a tomorrow!
If you make a lunch reservation for the weekend (between the hours of 12-3pm). 

We will require the

table back by 5pm. If you would like to stay into the evening please contact the team who will
discuss minimum spends with you.
We welcome children with open arms, we just ask that you make sure they are being supervised by
an adult at all times. Please note that Friday and Saturdays, we kindly ask that we have no under 21’s
on site.

Only people aged 21 and over will be admitted to Niku Bar & Restaurant on Friday & Saturday
Evenings after 5pm. We reserve the right to request identification from you and your guests and to
refuse entry.
If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove that you are aged 18 or over
when you buy alcohol. If you are under 18 you are committing an offence if you attempt to buy alcohol for you or someone

Niku Bar & Restaurant reserves the right to refuse entry.
Any person found either possessing, using or distributing any type of drug will be banned from these
premises and reported to the police.
You and your guests are NOT permitted to bring any external drinks and food onsite
